Overview
We’re looking for a Shopper Marketing Account Director to lead the delivery of best‑in‑class shopper marketing campaigns across global and European markets. You’ll be a senior client partner, trusted advisor, and inspirational leader, working closely with strategy, creative, and production teams to deliver impactful, commercially effective work.
This role will work across two recent agency wins, helping shape and deliver ambitious shopper campaigns across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple senior client relationships, owning overall account health and agency performance.
- Act as the day‑to‑day senior client contact, anticipating challenges and ensuring seamless delivery.
- Partner with strategy, planning, and creative teams to deliver outstanding shopper activations.
- Write inspiring creative briefs and judge work with a strong eye for quality and effectiveness.
- Present strategic and creative thinking confidently and persuasively at a senior client level.
- Identify opportunities to integrate digital and eCommerce into shopper responses.
- Build a deep understanding of client brands, shoppers, and competitive landscapes.
- Spot and support new business and organic growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Shopper Marketing or BTL, ideally within FMCG.
- Comfortable leading complex, high‑volume accounts and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong strategic and creative judgement, with the confidence to influence senior clients.
- Experience delivering integrated campaigns, including digital elements.
- Commercially savvy, with excellent attention to detail.
- A positive, proactive leader who enjoys being hands‑on and developing others.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passionate about shoppers and how they behave both in‑store and online.
