Engineering Team Lead

Morning schedule: Monday to Friday.

Location: Lancashire.

Sector: Food Manufacturing / FMCG.

Salary: £52k – £54k.

Magnet Recruit is looking for an Engineering Team Lead to join a business that has a rare opening within its Engineering team. This role is suitable for somebody that has held Maintenance team lead / Supervisor roles or for somebody looking to step up into a leadership position within a busy FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Senior Engineer or Engineering Team lead within a fast paced, FMCG environment
• L3 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent engineering qualification)
• Ability to delegate works
