Senior Architectural Technologist – Manchester

This role is suited to an experienced technologist with strong Revit skills and exposure to residential, education or commercial projects. You will work across all project stages on schemes ranging from £2m to £30m.

Practice & Project Information

This established RIBA Chartered Practice delivers projects across multiple sectors throughout the UK. The team works in a collaborative office environment focused on technical quality, design delivery and long-term career development, with flexible working hours and a 4.5 day working week.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver detailed technical packages using Revit
• Coordinate project information and technical drawings across relevant stages
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain design quality and technical compliance
• Support delivery of projects ranging from £2m to £30m
• Attend project meetings and contribute technical expertise
• Ensure technical documentation aligns with UK building regulations and industry standards

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong experience as an Architectural Technologist in a UK architectural practice
• Advanced Revit proficiency
• Experience across residential, education or commercial projects
• Good understanding of UK building regulations and technical compliance
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Organised, self‑motivated approach with strong technical problem‑solving ability
