Responsibilities
- Working within the Construction Delivery and Pre Construction Teams to offer planning expertise at tender and delivery stages of projects that can range from £10M – £100M in value.
- Retaining an overall monitoring capacity for complex projects to ensure construction plans are created, updated, and amended in line with project needs.
- Producing tender programmes.
- Attending regular site visits to assist the team with planning issues.
- Collating progress information and understanding any areas of concern during the planning stage.
- Creating workable construction programmes, monitoring and updating.
- Advising and providing planning expertise across projects.
Who we are looking for / Qualifications
- Have construction planning experience gained within the contractor environment.
- Solid history of working on build tenders and projects between £20M – £80M in value.
- Experienced user of Asta and Microsoft Project software.
- Planning experience within the main contracting sector.
- Strong knowledge of NEC contract conditions and how this affects planning.
