Overview
As a Forward-Deployed Engineer, you’ll be the technical architect and strategic partner for monday.com’s most high-value enterprise customers across EMEA. Embedded on-site with a single strategic account, you’ll lead AI-powered transformations, advise C-level stakeholders, and translate real-world complexity into product insights that shape monday.com’s roadmap.
This is a foundational role; you won’t be following a playbook, you’ll be writing one.
What You’ll Do
- Strategic Transformation: Embedded with executive and technical teams to define AI-driven transformation goals, design end-to-end solutions using monday.com and AI, and own the full delivery cycle from discovery through scaled rollout.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the technical authority across Sales and CS on strategic accounts. Guide solution positioning, elevate teams’ AI literacy, and translate customer patterns into structured product feedback and PRDs.
- Platform & Implementation: Design sophisticated workflows, configurations, and automations. Prototype custom solutions, including advanced scripting and integrations into the customer’s broader tech stack, and ensure measurable adoption.
What You Bring
- Background in Solution Architecture, Solution Engineering, or Software Engineering
- Strong systems thinking and architectural judgment, coding is a plus, not a requirement
- Fluent in AI concepts and tooling (LLMs, automation, workflows) with a clear view of where the hype ends
- Direct experience engaging with C-suite and senior enterprise stakeholders across complex, ambiguous environments
- Proven ability to influence decisions and drive outcomes without formal authority
- Entrepreneurial mindset, you move fast, think at scale, and build what doesn’t yet exist
Why This Role
- EMEA scope: work with some of Europe’s most complex and high-value enterprise accounts
- High visibility: direct access to executive stakeholders internally and externally
- Real product influence: your insights shape monday.com’s roadmap from the front line
- Autonomy: define your own approach and be measured on business outcomes, not activity
