About This Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive Commissioning Officer to lead commissioning activity and improve outcomes for vulnerable individuals. This Permanent role is based at Allerdale House (Workington) or Cumbria House (Carlisle) and requires 37 hours per week with a salary of £38,220 – £39,152.
Key Duties
- Lead commissioning activity and ensure effective contract monitoring
- Develop integrated health and social care pathways with partners
- Drive service improvements and deliver value for money
- Use market intelligence to identify needs and shape services
- Build strong relationships with providers to develop sustainable, high-quality services
