Through our role in the @one Alliance, we’re helping Anglian Water deliver a £2.6billion investment in vital infrastructure. From civil works to water treatment facilities, this programme strengthens environmental protection across the East of England – safeguarding water resources for generations to come.


We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager who will lead a portfolio of projects from strategy and client approval through to handover – overseeing design, construction, commissioning and aftercare to meet programme, quality and customer expectations.


Responsibilities



  • Lead a portfolio of projects end-to-end, driving performance and delivery against key objectives.

  • Put SHEQ at the heart of every project, ensuring standards are never compromised.

  • Build, coach and develop a high-performing team to strengthen capability and results.

  • Lead clear, proactive stakeholder engagement to drive collaboration and achieve the right outcomes.

  • Set commercial and governance strategies, balancing risk, cost and controls for effective delivery.


Qualifications



  • APMP Practitioner qualified, or equivalent.

  • Strong senior project leadership experience at PM, Lead PM, Senior PM or Project Director level.

  • Proven track record delivering major schemes valued at £100m – £175m.

  • Experienced in leading teams, managing complex stakeholders, and working within commercial alliances.

  • Inspirational, collaborative leader with strong judgement, accountability and a drive for safe, high-performing delivery.
