Role Profile

As a Business Studies teacher you will:

• Deliver engaging, high‑quality teaching and learning experiences
• Raise attainment standards and close attainment gaps
• Ensure the progress, achievement and enjoyment of all pupils
• Support pupils’ progress and promote their development
• Encourage and undertake CPD sessions and training

Qualifications

• Strong outstanding Business Studies teacher with a proven track record of effective practice
• Open‑minded, hard‑working and ambitious
• Passion for closing attainment gaps and promoting pupil progress
• Values staff well‑being and is committed to maintaining a positive work life balance
• Ability to progress and undertake CPD and training sessions
