Customer Success Manager – Manchester (Hybrid, up to 3 days work‑from‑home)

Over the last five years we have been working on Street.co.uk, a groundbreaking product that puts transparency, user experience and beautiful design at the heart of the property industry. Joining our dynamic and ambitious Street.co.uk team, you will be a dedicated product specialist for our customers as they begin their journey with Street, driving client success while identifying opportunities for growth and long‑term value across Street Group’s ecosystem of products.
Key responsibilities
- Immersing yourself in the company and building knowledge of our evolving product.
- Ensuring feedback flows from Customer Success to the relevant business and product teams.
- Supporting our clients to achieve great results with Street.co.uk, from onboarding new clients to proactively ensuring existing clients are getting the most out of the software.
- Collaborating with the sales and technology team members to design and implement new product features that reflect the voice of our customers.
- Implementing creative solutions to proactively resolve potential issues for customers.
- Providing exceptional technical support via phone and email to Street clients.
- Upselling additional products to existing clients.
Qualifications and skills
- Background in Customer Success.
- Passionate about providing an excellent customer experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluency in written and spoken English).
- Dependable, motivated, self‑starter, able to work independently with an inner drive to grow within a rapidly growing company.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

Compensation
Up to £33,000 base salary plus commission, with an estimated on‑target earnings of £40,000.
Salary range of £27,000 to £33,000.

Interview Process
