Attendance & Cover Lead – School Operations

Oasis Academy Brightstowe is hiring an Attendance & Cover Officer in Bristol. This role is essential in ensuring robust attendance monitoring and effective staffing of lessons. You will lead attendance processes, coordinate staff cover, and act as a point of contact for staff absence.

The salary ranges from £31,537 to £33,699 pro rata, and benefits include a Local Government Pension Scheme.
