Wedo is partnering with a high-growth Series A AI company building next-generation enterprise software powered by autonomous AI agents. Backed by Sequoia Capital and other top-tier investors, the business has already landed major enterprise customers and is now entering a serious scale phase across product, engineering, and commercial growth. This isn’t “another AI start-up.” This is the stage where the foundations are built, product‑market fit is real, enterprise traction already exists, and the company is beginning to accelerate hard.

They’re looking for a product-minded Front‑end Engineer who can help shape how enterprise users interact with AI day‑to‑day. Someone who cares deeply about user experience, moves quickly, and enjoys building products at the edge of what’s possible with modern AI tooling.

Current stack:

  • LLM-powered workflows

The team is still under 20 people, but the calibre is exceptional engineers from OpenAI, Meta, Revolut, NASA, and McKinsey.

They’re particularly interested in engineers who:

  • Obsess over product experience and UI quality
  • Thrive in fast iteration environments
  • Communicate well across technical and non‑technical teams
  • Want to help define what enterprise AI products look like over the next 3–5 years

The environment is ambitious, high ownership, high autonomy and suit’s someone who want’s impact and career trajectory than can compound very quickly alongside company growth.

The team works onsite 3.5–4 days per week. Some weeks that’s 3 days, others it’s 4 depending on what’s happening.

This also isn’t a clock‑in, clock‑out environment. Contracted hours are 9:30–18:30, but realistically this will suit someone excited by early‑stage intensity, fast feedback loops, and the messy but rewarding process of building something category‑defining.

Probably best suited to either:

  • Someone wanting to immerse themselves in a genuinely high‑calibre early‑stage company to accelerate their growth
  • Or someone who’s already “been there, got the t‑shirt” and enjoys operating in fast‑moving, high‑context environments without needing structure handed to them
