Location: Manchester (Hybrid, up to 2 days WFH) | Salary: £25.5k – £27k

As a Live Chat Support Specialist you will help improve the property industry for everyone by ensuring our clients love our software and helping them find their way around the system. You will work closely with other teams across the business, giving feedback on product development and technical issues, and supporting launches of new product features to keep Street.co.uk best‑in‑class.

A Bit About You

  • Commercial experience in a live chat or IT support role with a keen interest in technology
  • Confidence in holding conversations with the wider Street Group team and clients, managing expectations and asking the appropriate questions to build a full understanding of the problem
  • A passion for technology and websites and enthusiasm for developing this knowledge further
  • A self‑starter who can take initiative where required
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders, including technical and non‑technical, internal and external
  • Highly organised with experience at time management and prioritisation
  • Calm and collected under pressure while maintaining a happy and positive mindset
  • Adaptable to each issue dealt with and takes pride in their work

What You Will Do

  • Become a Street.co.uk expert
  • Act as the first line of support for any incoming questions or queries that our customers have, predominantly via live chat, but sometimes via email, phone or video call
  • Escalate complex tasks to Street Engineering teams when appropriate
  • Proactively build knowledge of our products Street.co.uk and Bridge
  • Ensure customers understand and make the most of the latest product updates/releases
  • Support a variety of customers from small independents to large multi‑branch estate agencies
  • Respond to any system bugs reported by the client and, where necessary, raise issues with the development team
  • Collect customer feedback and feature requests and communicate them appropriately to the development team

Salary

Up to £27,000, dependent on experience. Salary ranges may vary based on experience and fit for the role.
