Oracle Communications Lead – 6 month contract (scope to extend) – Hybrid working London

We’re looking for an experienced Oracle Communications Lead to join a large-scale 2-year Oracle transformation programme.

You’ll lead communications and engagement activity across the programme, ensuring clear messaging, stakeholder alignment and sucessful business adoption throughout delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and deliver programme communications strategy and plans
• Create engaging communications across multiple stakeholder groups
• Support change and adoption activity across the oracle implementation
• Partner closely with programme, change and business teams
• Develop content including updates, leadership messaging and engagement materials

Requirments:

• Proven experience leading communications on Oracle implementation programmes
• Strong stakeholder management and change communications experience
• Experience operating within complex transformation environments
• SC Clearance ideal but not essential
• Clearance eligibility essential
