The Role
As a Java Engineer you will work for a client in the financial industry and offers exposure to cutting‑edge technologies, including reporting and analytics on Google Cloud Platform and Power BI, as well as data lakes and data warehouses.
Key Responsibilities
The role involves code analysis and development, application testing, debugging and troubleshooting, platform integration, and documentation.
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience
- Strong working and technical expertise in the Spring Framework, including Spring MVC, AOP, IoC, and Dependency Injection, along with JPA and Hibernate.
- Possess solid knowledge of Spring Boot and hands‑on experience working with payment network platforms.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of microservices architecture and strong database fundamentals with experience in MySQL, Oracle, and Couchbase.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD deployments using Jenkins for Hydra‑deployed applications, along with strong expertise in the tokenization domain and cryptogram technology stack.
- Experience in implementing multithreading, data binding, and dependency properties, along with expertise in writing scripts using UNIX, SQL, PL/SQL, and Apache Cassandra.
- Possess strong knowledge of testing frameworks such as JUnit and system testing, demonstrate solid debugging skills, and are proficient in using Git commands.
