Salary: £55,000-£60,000
Annual Bonus: up to £15,000pa

Are you a confident, compassionate leader with a passion for delivering outstanding care? We’re looking for an experienced Nursing Home Manager to lead one of our exceptional homes in Harrogate, operated by a nationally recognised, award‑winning care provider.
This is an exciting opportunity to take the reins of a well‑established, high‑performing home, backed by a supportive senior team and excellent internal systems.
About the Role
As Home Manager, you will:
- Lead and inspire a committed care and nursing team
- Oversee all operational aspects of the home
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person‑centred care
- Maintain compliance with CQC and other regulatory bodies
- Drive occupancy, staff retention, and quality outcomes
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Home Manager or in a nursing home setting
- NMC registration (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) – preferred but not essential
- Experience in managing a 70+ bedded home
- Proven experience of increasing occupancy (currently 26 vacant rooms)
- Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills
- Sound understanding of CQC standards and care regulations
- A passion for improving quality of life for older people
