Our Cutting Edge programme provides a structured, fully supported pathway into Emergency and Critical Care (ECC), including 250 hours of expert‑led CPD, interactive seminars, practical sessions, and clinical mentorship.

Highlights

• Hands‑on experience in recognition and management of shock, fluid therapy, respiratory and neurological emergencies, trauma, surgical labs, ultrasound, and clinical decision‑making.

Work Schedule and Salary

Post‑programme, you can choose flexible full‑time ECC shifts (30–40 hours/week) designed for work‑life balance, with a starting salary of £42,250 rising to £60,000 from week 9.

Qualifications
