Lead Nurse 8A Community Cardiovascular Prevention Lead
Role is to lead the Cardiovascular Prevention Clinical Nurse Specialist within Barts Health NHS Trust, working with GP services, senior nurse, general managers, service managers and medical colleagues at St Bartholomew’s Hospital site.
Responsibilities
- Support and manage a team of CNSs
- Work closely with GP services, senior nurse, general managers, service managers and medical colleagues
- Participate in service improvement and development
- Lead on quality improvement projects and ensure agendas are achieved and maintained
- Build strong working relationships with the multidisciplinary team
- Drive innovative prevention initiatives and help shape the future of the Community Cardiovascular Prevention service
Qualifications
- Ambitious and experienced Lead Nurse
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple teams as the role expands
- Knowledgeable and skilful in patient care improvement and patient outcome
- Patient‑focused and able to involve service users
