Medication Care Coordinator – Inpatient Unit

Care Plus Group is seeking a Medication Officer to join their Community Inpatient Unit in Grimsby. This full-time role requires you to support medication management within the facility, assisting patients in regaining independence following illness or surgery.

The ideal candidate will possess an NVQ/QCF level 3 in Health and Social Care and experience in handling medications. You will have access to ongoing training in a supportive work environment.
