Polaris Community is looking for an experienced Registered Manager for a 3 bed children’s home in Camden, London. The role involves delivering high quality care, leading staff, and ensuring the best outcomes for children aged 11-17 years.

The ideal candidate should hold an NVQ level 5 in Management and have 2-3 years of management experience, along with a good understanding of relevant legislation and safeguarding procedures.

The position offers a base salary of £52,000, potential up to £58,600 with bonuses, and a £3,000 car allowance.
