What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Nursery Manager.
- Strong understanding of Ofsted frameworks, safeguarding, and EYFS standards.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff teams.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Experience supporting children with SEN needs is essential.
