AWD online is seeking a Registered Manager for its new residential childcare service in Wokingham. You will lead operations, ensuring high standards of care and safeguarding for children in care, while providing staff leadership within a multi-agency environment.

The ideal candidate will have significant management experience in children’s residential settings and possess a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management. You will drive positive outcomes for children and collaborate with various partners.

The role offers a competitive salary of £59,009 to £64,673 and includes generous benefits and annual leave.
