The Role
You’ll lead campaign ideation and concept development across retail, digital and brand work for major household names. This means hands‑on in the conceptual ideation stages, sketching them out and developing original campaign concepts that earn attention, solve problems and deliver commercially across retail, digital, social, experiential and print. You’ll present concepts confidently to clients and play a key role in new business pitches.
There’s real creative ownership from day one with this. You’ll mentor a growing creative team, helping develop their ideas and raise standards across the agency. The role exists to bridge the gap between strategic direction and daily creative output, working closely with the Creative Director to shape and elevate what the agency produces. You’ll collaborate across designers, copywriters, strategists and account teams from concept through delivery, staying current with emerging creative technologies, including AI‑assisted workflows.
The Package
- £40,000 – £50,000
- Hybrid working: 2 days WFH

A Senior Conceptual Designer with 5+ years agency experience, you’ve worked on integrated campaigns across retail, digital and brand work, with experience presenting to clients and managing junior talent. You’re comfortable with emerging AI tools and can balance big thinking with commercial practicality, seeking a step up in responsibility and creative leadership.
