Communications & Engagement Lead
The Communications & Engagement Lead is responsible for implementing Hope into Action’s communications and engagement strategy. Working closely with the CEO, the role tells the Hope into Action story and drives engagement with our vision of a church‑led approach to ending homelessness across the UK.
Responsibilities
- Implement the communications and engagement strategy in partnership with the CEO.
- Harvest stories from our Network and produce engaging written and visual content for the website and social media on a rapid turnaround basis.
- Create longer‑term content that raises awareness of our work and its impact throughout the UK.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all departments in a rapidly growing, constantly changing organisation.
- Attend the Peterborough Support Centre Office at least two days a week and travel as required.
Qualifications
Passion for the work and integrity.
Commitment to the Christian faith and ability to communicate faith‑driven work sensitively and maturely.
Strong organisational and partnership‑building skills and ability to operate in a dynamic environment.
