Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of plant mechanics across workshop and mobile operations
- Manage job allocation, workloads and repair progress to maintain productivity and qualityServe as the primary point of contact for clients and build long‑term relationships
- Coordinate service schedules, parts ordering and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Produce reports and maintain accurate service documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a workshop service manager or controller role within the plant or agricultural industry – car and HGV workshop experience will not be considered
- Strong technical knowledge of plant or agricultural mechanical systems
- Proven leadership ability with a customer‑focused approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a full, clean UK driving licence
