Our client is an award‑winning national consultancy with multiple offices. Their Bristol office is looking for an experienced civil engineer to build a team around them. Candidates at principal or associate level will be offered fast‑track promotion opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical experience, skills and knowledge
  • Good local connections
  • Keen to become involved in business development
  • Able to manage and build a team
  • Sound judgement and good industry knowledge
  • Experience overseeing projects, managing resources and budget
  • At least 5 years' UK experience

While there is a readymade workload, the successful candidate will have the desire to become involved in business development. Initially much of your time will be spent in the office as you grow the team around you, but this is flexible.

If you have consultancy experience on major drainage schemes, knowledge of industry standard software, and can provide practical, efficient and innovative solutions to engineering problems – our client will want to meet you.
