- Technical Sales & Consulting: Act as a technical expert to guide customers in selecting the right SCR system for their application, such as industrial boilers, stationary engines, or marine vessels.
- System Design & Quoting: Prepare technical proposals, 3D layouts, and detailed schematics for customized SCR solutions. This includes conducting cost plans, equipment schedules, and performance evaluations.
- Lead Generation & Business Development: Identify new clients, handle cold calling, and manage relationships with engineering, procurement, and environmental managers.
- Pre- and Post-Sales Technical Support: Provide site investigations (site surveys), Troubleshooting, and on-site technical support to ensure successful installation and performance.
- Regulatory & Market Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of local and international emission regulations (e.g., IMO Tier III, EPA standards) and competitive SCR technology trends.
- Collaboration: Liaise with R&D, project managers, and internal design teams to refine products based on customer requirements.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Industry Experience: Previous experience in capital equipment sales, air pollution control, VOC/NOx reduction, or thermal dynamics is highly desirable.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of combustion processes, catalysts, and emission control systems.
- Communication & Negotiation: Excellent interpersonal skills to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, as well as negotiation skills to close deals.
- Software Skills: Proficiency with CRM software and CAD tools for reviewing technical drawings.
Typical Working Conditions
