Are you a Maintenance Engineer in CNC Machinery or similar looking for a permanent days‑based role with a leading engineering company that provides a stable workload, long‑term stability and a half day on a Friday? The role offers on‑the‑job training with senior engineers and a standard Monday‑Friday schedule with a half day on Friday.

This role involves repair and maintenance of production machinery, PPM checks, regular maintenance, process improvements and workshop maintenance. Working hours are 07:30 AM – 04:30 PM with a 12:30 PM finish on Friday.

The role

• Carrying out PPM checks and maintenance work
• Work closely with the production team to maintain efficient manufacturing operations
• Carry out mechanical and electrical repair and maintenance of production machinery across the factory

The person

• Maintenance Engineer in CNC Machinery or similar
• Background in production or manufacturing environments
• Commutable to Stockport
