Refrigeration Engineer – Birmingham (Covering Coventry, Leicester & Northampton also)
Salary: £44,000 (40 hours)
Overtime: Paid at x1.5 after 40 hours
Travel: Door-to-door paid
On Call: 1 in 5 (£175 standby)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join a well-established and growing business covering the Midlands region. This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer looking for a varied role working across a wide range of contracts and equipment.
The Role
You will be responsible for service, maintenance, and repair across a portfolio of commercial and light industrial sites throughout Birmingham, Coventry, Leicester, and Northampton.

- Packaged refrigeration (PAC systems)
- CO₂ refrigeration systems
- Small distributed systems

Requirements
- Proven experience within refrigeration/AC service and maintenance
- Experience working on CO₂ systems highly desirable
- F‑Gas qualified
- Full UK driving licence
