Salary: GBP35,000 – GBP45,000 per annum + Training + Progression + Bonus

Are you a Junior Estimator looking to upskill by joining an established Renewables specialist? This company, with 35 years of experience, offers in‑house training on estimating and a quarterly bonus to boost your income.
This varied position will see you working closely with the design team, reviewing inbound enquiries and pricing components for day‑to‑day projects. You will forecast solar panel project costs, analyse resources, and provide accurate financial and material estimates to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
The Role
- Produce estimates and pricing of components based on drawings.
- Work Monday to Friday (8am‑5pm).
- Build and manage a team of estimators.
The Person
- Junior Estimator from any industry.
- Willing to commute to the office in Wrotham.

Wrotham, Maidstone, Sevenoaks, Tunbridge, Gillingham
