Job Title: Water & Air Commissioning Engineer

Location: Orpington, Kent (travel across the South East of England)

Salary/Benefits: £27,000 – £45,000 + Training & Benefits including overtime, training, pension scheme, and annual leave.

Our client is recruiting an experienced Water & Air Commissioning Engineer to join a professional, privately-owned organization that delivers high‑standard commissioning services across a growing client base. The successful applicant will have strong working knowledge of CIBSE and BSRIA guidelines, a robust skillset, and will be able to hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform air and water balancing of primary and secondary systems.
• Commission AHU, heated and chilled, and supply/extract systems.
• Identify system faults and make recommendations for repairs.
• Test systems and adjust flow rates.
• Travel in line with company requirements.
• Provide project updates and technical advice to clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Keep accurate records of works undertaken and produce detailed technical reports.

Qualifications and Experience

• Good track record working as an Air & Water Commissioning Engineer.
• Ideally holds CSA grades.
• Strong technical knowledge, including the CIBSE and BSRIA guidelines.
• Experience working across a range of client sites.
• Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills.
• Professional manner.
