THE COMPANY

This award winning London-based live events and AV production company delivers corporate events, brand activations, conferences, awards shows, private events, and experiential productions across the UK. They provide a full-service offering including event management, technical production, audio visual services, lighting, staging, entertainment hire, branding, live streaming, and set design. Owning their own AV equipment and using their own technical crews rather than outsourcing freelancers, their positioning focuses heavily on high-quality delivery, creativity, strong customer service, and “flawless” event execution. They work with a mix of corporate and private clients, including well-known global brands from their London base.

THE ROLE

As Technical Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of both new and existing client relationships, selling a range of technical, AV, and production hire services to end clients. Once projects are secured, you’ll hand over to the delivery team while remaining the main point of contact throughout the process to ensure every event is delivered smoothly, on time, and within budget.

  • Building and developing strong client relationships across live events projects
  • Pitching technical and AV solutions to new and existing clients
  • Working closely with internal production teams and external suppliers
  • Briefing technical production teams to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Acting as the key client contact throughout the event lifecycle
  • Supporting the wider sales pipeline and maintaining ongoing client accounts as a Technical Account Manager
  • Ensuring projects are commercially successful and delivered to the highest standards
  • Managing multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously

THE CANDIDATE

As Technical Account Manager, you’ll bring strong client-facing experience alongside a solid understanding of technical production, AV services, and live event delivery. You’ll be confident managing accounts, developing business opportunities, and communicating effectively with both clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, balancing commercial awareness with exceptional attention to detail, while contributing positively to a supportive and creative culture. To be considered for this Technical Account Manager role experience within live events, technical production, AV hire, or experiential environments would be highly advantageous.
