What You Will Do

Our commissioning engineers commission security systems to relevant industry standards, providing exceptional customer service with industry‑leading technical knowledge. We look for engineers who can identify and rectify problems before they occur.

How You Will Do It

• Provide excellent customer service to exceed the expectations and requirements of both internal and external customers, establishing and maintaining effective relationships.
• Service the appropriate devices, working safely and responsibly to avoid injuries, damage, and material loss.
• Manage time efficiently and prioritize jobs correctly.
• Correctly complete engineering work reports, handover certificates, BSIA certificates, or checklists as appropriate.

What We Look For

Essential

• Experience within the fire & security industry.
• Driving licence.
• Ability to lift and climb ladders.
• Previous experience in a customer‑facing environment.

Preferred

• Current relevant qualifications in the industry (e.g., 18th edition, NVQ, City and Guilds, BTEC, FIA).
