Lead AI Red Teaming & QA Automation Architect

Randstad Technologies Recruitment is looking for a Lead AI Red Teaming & QA Engineer in the City Of London. In this role, you’ll design and execute automated adversarial testing for Agentic AI platforms, ensuring security and compliance before production release.

You will integrate red-teaming suites into CI/CD pipelines, develop metrics for AI risks, and produce compliance evidence for key regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in regulated finance and strong AWS and Python skills.
