Meritt is seeking a Lead Account Manager to drive growth and manage accounts in their fast-growing martech platform based in London. You’ll work closely with founders and have the autonomy to own the NRR number, with a focus on customer engagement and value delivery.
With 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, you will be responsible for managing post-sale accounts, identifying upsell opportunities, and using customer insights to inform product and strategy.
The compensation ranges from £60-90k base, with an uncapped OTE of £100-130k.
