Sales Executive
Office-based (own transport essential) – Hybrid working available after probation. £27,500 basic + uncapped commission; realistic OTE £40,000+; top performers earning £55,000+. My client is a growing and ambitious business specialising in training and development solutions that help individuals improve skills and progress their careers. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add a Sales Executive to their team. This is not a typical high-volume cold calling sales role. You will be speaking with people who have already shown interest and made the first move. Your role is to build relationships, understand their goals and help guide them towards the right solution.
Responsibilities
- Speak with warm, pre‑qualified leads
- Build rapport and understand customer needs
- Follow a proven sales process
- Handle objections and confidently close opportunities
- Work towards targets in a supportive and energetic environment
Essential
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Confident speaking with people over the phone
- Self‑motivated and target‑driven attitude
- Resilient with a positive mindset
- Own transport due to office location
Desirable
- Previous experience within sales
- Recruitment experience
- Customer service or account management background
- Hospitality, retail, events or training experience
- Experience working towards KPIs or targets
