Make a Real Difference in Children's Lives

We're looking for an experienced Regional Support Manager to support and strengthen our children's residential homes across the North. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll step in to support homes, develop managers, and ensure outstanding standards of care for children and young people.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting Registered Managers and teams where extra leadership is needed
  • Delivering coaching, mentoring, and performance improvement
  • Carrying out audits and improving service quality
  • Providing interim management where required
  • Ensuring homes deliver safe, nurturing, child-focused care

What We’re Looking For

  • NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent)
  • Strong experience in children’s residential care
  • Knowledge of Ofsted & safeguarding regulations
  • A confident leader who can support and develop teams
