Our client, a Legal 500-ranked firm, is seeking a talented and motivated Residential Conveyancing Lawyer with circa 2+ years PQE or equivalent to join its property team. You will manage your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, working within a supportive and collaborative environment on matters including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions
Working as part of a busy team you will be providing a high standard of client care, ensuring that matters are dealt with promptly and progressing accordingly, as well as ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
The firm offers a competitive remuneration package, and there are opportunities for ambitious conveyancing lawyers to progress, with a number of the firm’s leadership team being ‘homegrown’.
