Responsibilities
- Be totally customer focused by consistently delivering excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach.
- Assist with the service of guests, ensuring all guests receive efficient, professional service at all times and exceeding their expectations.
- Assist the Food and Beverage Manager with the smooth operation of the department.
- Have a strong knowledge of the hotel’s products and standards.
- Ensure all health and safety / food compliance is adhered to.
