What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts post-sale
  • Identifying and closing expansion and upsell opportunities
  • Driving adoption and making sure customers are getting enough value to renew and grow
  • Running QBRs that tell a real story, not just a status update
  • Feeding customer insight back into product and leadership

You Should Apply If You…

  • Have 2+ years in Account Management or commercial Customer Success in B2B SaaS
  • Can point to accounts you’ve genuinely grown, not just retained
  • Have held NRR, GRR, or expansion quota before and can speak to the numbers
  • Are comfortable managing relationships with marketing, demand gen, and RevOps buyers
  • Know how to sell consultatively through product complexity
