The Role

• Lead and manage the residential conveyancing department, overseeing fee earners and support staff
• Play a key role in developing the department’s strategy, client base, and service delivery
• Drive team performance, compliance, and operational efficiency
• Represent the firm in business development, networking, and client relationship management

Requirements

• Significant experience in residential property law, ideally 5+ years PQE
• Strong technical ability across all conveyancing matters
• Previous experience leading or supervising a team
• Excellent commercial awareness and client‑facing skills
• Ambition to progress into Director‑level leadership
