As Business Manager, you will play a critical part in ensuring that our resources, systems and environment enable high-quality teaching and learning.
We are looking for a skilled and committed professional who can combine strategic thinking with commitment to improving outcomes for all students. This post is a senior leadership position, responsible for all business and operational services across the school.
Core Areas of Responsibility
- Financial leadership and budget management
- HR and workforce management
- Estates, premises and health & safety
- Compliance (including GDPR and safeguarding systems)
- Operations (contract management, services)
You will also:
- Attend and support Governing Body and Finance Committee meetings
- Provide strategic advice to the Headteacher
- Ensure effective systems and processes are in place

- Experience of estates or project management
