The Opportunity
They are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition across the Yorkshire region and beyond. This is a high-activity, new business focused role where success comes from generating your own pipeline, building relationships, and closing opportunities.
What They're Looking For
- Proven track record in B2B sales or business development
- Strong new business / self-generated sales experience
- Hungry, resilient, and target-driven mindset
- Comfortable speaking with senior decision makers
- Experience in apprenticeships, training, recruitment, or consultative sales preferred
