Job Summary
Join as an Assistant Facilitator supporting training sessions that use interactive apps and games to engage elderly participants and caregivers, promoting cognitive health and combating dementia.
Responsibilities
- Assist elderly participants and caregivers during training sessions to ensure active engagement and comfort
- Support participants in accurately completing feedback forms to gather session insights
- Provide clear guidance and encouragement during activities to enhance participant involvement
- Assist the main Facilitator on an ad-hoc basis to maintain smooth session flow
- Monitor sessions to ensure participants feel supported and activities run efficiently
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Basic familiarity with smartphones to assist participants with digital tools
- Ability to communicate in an additional local language to support diverse elderly participants
- Residing in west or north areas (CCK/Bukit Panjang) preferred for convenient travel to centres
