Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 (OTE £50,000 – £60,000) + Progression, Training & Bonuses
Location: Middlesbrough (commutable from Stockton-on-Tees, Billingham, Redcar, Darlington)

Responsibilities
- Prospect and secure new business opportunities in the defense sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with end users and suppliers.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase company market share.
- Participate in ongoing training and apply techniques learned from the ex‑military manager.
Qualifications
- Ex‑military background or equivalent experience.
- Strong interest in a career in sales.
- Valid work permit to work in the UK.
- Availability to commute to Middlesbrough.
- No criminal record and no legal reasons for ineligibility to work in the UK.
