We are seeking a friendly, reliable and organised Receptionist to join our team immediately on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established and professional firm, providing essential front‑of‑house support. This position is covering sickness and is expected to last a few weeks.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming visitors and providing a professional first impression
- Answering and directing calls where required
- Receiving and managing deliveries
- Keeping the reception area clean, tidy and presentable
- Ensuring the kitchen is stocked with supplies
- Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks as needed
