Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and commercially focused New Business Development Manager with a strong understanding of the modern data and analytics ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who understands enterprise technology sales and can confidently engage with CIOs, Heads of Data, Security Leaders, Platform Teams, and Digital Transformation stakeholders.

You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and winning new business opportunities across:

  • Data & Analytics
  • AI & GenAI
  • Observability
  • SIEM & Cyber Security
  • Search & Enterprise AI
  • Cloud Data Platforms
  • Professional Services & Recruitment Solutions

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities across enterprise accounts
  • Build relationships with senior technology and business stakeholders
  • Drive sales opportunities for consulting, managed services, and recruitment offerings
  • Identify customer challenges around:
    • Data visibility
    • Real Time analytics
    • AI enablement
    • Security operations
    • Regulatory compliance
    • Cloud modernisation
  • Work closely with technical architects and leadership teams to shape solutions
  • Manage the full sales life cycle from prospecting through to closure
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines
  • Collaborate with vendor partners including Elastic, Cloudera, and AWS
  • Support marketing campaigns, events, webinars, and GTM initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Proven experience in New Business Development/Technology Sales
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Data Platforms
    • Big Data
    • AI/GenAI
    • Observability
    • SIEM/Cyber Security
    • Cloud technologies
  • Experience selling enterprise technology solutions or professional services
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong networking and relationship-building capability
  • Experience working with enterprise clients

Preferred

Experience with one or more of the following technologies/vendors:
