Programmes Administrator
Are you passionate about education and looking for a role where you can make a tangible impact? We are seeking a proactive and self‑motivated Programmes Administrator to join our Taught Programmes Team in a part‑time, permanent post.
This role will provide essential day‑to‑day support for the Faculty’s diverse academic programmes. You will work closely with fellow Administrators, Programme Officers, academic staff and students to ensure the smooth administration and operation of our degree programmes.
Key Activities
- Day‑to‑day administrative support for degree programmes
- Student and staff enquiries
- Student data management
- Processing student assessments and results
- Arranging events such as Open Days and Offer Holder Days
Key Skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to manage a busy workload
- Teamwork
- Effective communication skills – working with a diverse group of colleagues and students worldwide
- Strong digital literacy
- Taking initiative and problem‑solving
- Process improvement
Working Hours and Location
Part‑time (18.25 hours per week). During 2025/26, hybrid working is offered – part of the week in the Faculty office and part from home.
