Senior Administrative Officer

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide business support to management and colleagues, ensuring effective service delivery, reporting, and budget management to meet performance indicators (KPIs) and team objectives.
  • Use business information systems (e.g., Integra, Hubspot, Docusign, Microsoft 365, and Sage) to manage, deliver, and report activities with accurate and timely information.
  • Assist with budget management and financial reporting, including raising purchase orders, reviewing invoices, and processing payments in line with organisational procedures.
  • Coordinate and organise internal and external meetings and events, including arranging hospitality, attending sessions, and recording minutes as needed.
  • Manage service delivery correspondence, handling emails and phone communications to ensure timely responses to third‑party requests.
  • Contribute to the business’ development through active participation in team meetings, projects, and collaboration.
  • Help manage physical and digital records, ensuring compliance with the organisation’s records management policy.
  • Event administration.
  • Receive, record, and prepare applications for assessment, coordinate meeting schedule.

Key Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the delivery of business support and administration duties, financial reporting, customer engagement and correspondence within a business environment.
  • Experience of gathering, interpreting and presenting data and information in various formats for reports, papers and/or presentations.
  • Experience of effectively monitoring and managing financial data, including checking for and maintaining accuracy.
  • A high level of IT competency in a business environment, to include a working knowledge and experience in CRM/Database management and Microsoft Office/365.
  • Experience of your ability to adapt to changing priorities and proactively identify and address emerging business needs using your own initiative.
  • The ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, paying attention to the relevance of the content and the target audience.

Working Hours

Working hours: Monday – Friday 37 hours – Hybrid with a minimum 3 days in office
