We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor, ideally with previous experience within the fire protection sector, to join our busy Commercial Team.
Duties
- Provide commercial assistance to the project teams
- Tender stage terms and conditions review
- Monthly progress valuations of projects
- Timely and accurate variations submissions
- Attention to site progress and any delay events
- Mentoring of junior team members
- Attending site visits and client meetings
Candidate Skill Requirements
- Previous experience within fire protection sector preferred; if not, construction services industry required
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Knowledge of construction management principles and practices
- Full clean driving licence
