About Yardley Early Help
Yardley Early Help is one of a number of Early Help Localities across the city of Birmingham led by Voluntary and Community Sector organisations (VCS). The aim of the provision is to build capacity within local communities so that children, young people and families have access to the right support at the right time before issues and concerns escalates.
Team Composition
Our team is made up of a Team Manager, a part‑time administrator, two community connectors and two family support workers.
Role Purpose
We are looking for an experienced service administrator who is skilled in managing and designing systems that provide efficiency, quality recording and are time‑saving. The administrator will help benefit children and families by improving services and combining excellence in administration with a passion for making a difference. Strong people and communication skills will ensure that such systems and changes are informed by colleagues and implemented effectively. The administrator will be an integral part of the team, involved in day‑to‑day and big‑picture discussions.
